Step 1: Wrap the cuff around your upper left arm and align it with your heart. Step 2: Leave some space (about 2 fingers) between your arm and the cuff. Step 3: Keep the cuff 2-3cm above the elbow. Step 4: Calm down and press the START button to measure your blood pressure.
